Dragon Flakes is the hottest version of Gordon’s Spiced Pepper. It is also a bit harder to produce, due to the scarce availability of dragon ingredients worldwide. It has more chili and cayenne pepper than the Spiced blends. Some like it very hot and this is the blend for them. Perhaps too spicy for everyday use, Dragon Flakes are ideal for special occasion foods. Dragon Flakes won awards at the 2008 Fiery Food Challenge, and the 2008 Scovie Awards.
